Season 2021
2021 brought a gradual return to a normal playing calendar after the pandemic. The season offered a colourful mix of formats and styles of play.
A series of smaller tournaments took place, testing the players’ strengths across a variety of game situations. The tradition of major tournaments with international participation was revived. The season showed that the Smoking Cat community is strong and determined to keep growing. The players displayed a high level of play and great sportsmanship.
2021 was proof that even hard times can be overcome through shared effort and a love of the game.
