Smoking Cat Season Scoring
- The 2026 Smoking Cat season features 10 scoring tournaments, 8 of which are open to all players.
- The Greenhorn Cat tournament only opens if at least 8 season newcomers take part.
- In individual tournaments, the top ten players score points.
- If turnout at a tournament is low, the players finishing in the last two positions earn no points.
- Collective success at the Team Championship also counts toward the season standings—all you need is to have your dream team and play Cat.
- Points for the Team Championship are awarded to every member of a placing team.
Points, points, lovely points
In Smoking Cat, every player earns as many points as they play their way to in a tournament, i.e. according to their placement in the tournament and this table.

Every player can record up to 4 results in a season:
- from a Nationals tier tournament if only 10 players take part in a National tournament, the players finishing in the last two places earn no points
- from a Classics tier tournament,
- at the World Series
- at the Team Championship, if playing on a team.
Season newcomers do not score at the GreenHorn Cat tournament.
The maximum possible number of points for a season is 115.
They go to the SCWS winner who is also the winner of a Classics tournament and a Nationals circuit tournament, a member of the winning team at the TCH, and on top of that wins the Masters.
Player of the Year
Player of the Year is the player with the highest number of season points, and an original Rony Statuette awaits them.
Team of the Year
The best team of the season is the team with the highest combined total of its 3 best players of the season. The winning team of the season holds the travelling JokeRiders Cup trophy for a year.
